About this package

Puzzle practice for children in five kinds: putting things in the right order, sorting them into groups, rebuilding a picture from its pieces, finding the one that does not belong, and matching each picture to where it goes. The papers are short, there is no penalty for a wrong answer, and the camera stays off throughout, so a child can work at their own pace without anything being recorded.

This is the free pack, and it is the one to start with. Each paper carries all five kinds of puzzle in the series: putting things in the right order, sorting things into groups, rebuilding a picture from its pieces, finding the one that does not belong, and matching each picture to where it goes. The papers are short, there is no penalty for a wrong answer, and the camera stays off throughout.

Every test here is a fixed set — every child who opens it meets the same puzzles — so if your child sits one this week and again next month, you can see for yourself what has changed. The paid packs work the other way round: they draw a fresh set every time, so the same test can be repeated for months without repeating a puzzle.

After each attempt the score comes back straight away, broken down by kind of puzzle, which is the part worth looking at: it is usually one of the five that is holding the score down.
