These terms apply whenever you use JuniorNexa. By registering you accept them, on your own behalf and for the child who plays. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

Your account

• An account is held by an adult. Register with accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Your account is yours. Do not share your password.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• You are responsible for what is done on your account, including by the child playing on it.

Your child’s play

• There is no clock, no pass mark and no fail. A set can be left and picked up again.
• The results and stars are there to show a parent how it went. They are not an assessment of any kind, and they do not measure ability.
• Nothing that costs money is reachable from the child’s screen. Purchases happen on the grown-ups side, on an account an adult is signed in to.

Buying packs

• The starter packs are free. Every other pack is bought once, at the price shown before you pay.
• A pack is not a subscription. Nothing renews, and no free pack turns into a bill.
• A pack you have bought stays available on your account. Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation page.

One device at a time

An account is signed in on one device at a time. Signing in somewhere else tells you so and lets you move, which signs the first device out.

Content and ownership

The puzzles, the pictures drawn for them and everything else in the app belong to Logical Software. They are for your child to play with, and for nothing else: do not copy, photograph, record or republish them.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may suspend access for maintenance, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our control, such as a failure of your own device or internet connection.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [add your jurisdiction].
